余甘籽油脂肪酸组成的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:研究余甘籽油的脂肪酸组成。方法:用乙醚油提余甘籽油,然后将样品进行皂化、甲酯化,以毛细管色谱/质谱联用技术(GC-MS)测定余甘籽油的脂肪酸组成。结果:14种脂肪酸被鉴定。并采用面积归一化法计算了它们的相对含量。结论:余甘籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸约占总脂肪酸量的79.34%,而反式不饱和脂肪酸占不饱和脂肪酸总量的79.66%。主要不饱和脂肪酸为油酸(15.95%)、反亚油酸(19.74%)、反亚麻酸(43.16%)和反-11-二十烯酸(0.30%)。

Abstract:Objective:To study the composition of fatty acids in Phyllanthus Emblica Seed oil.Methods:Phyllanthus Emblica Seed oil was exeracted by ether.After saponification and esterification the oil was determined bycapillary GC-MS.Results:14 compounds have been identified and their relative contents determined by area mormkalizaion.They were tributyl phophate(0.03%),myistic acid(0.10%),diethyl phthalate( 0.020%),palmitoleic acid(0.02%),palmitic acid( 13.75%),margeric acid(0.12%),oleic acid(15.95%),stearic acid(6.30%),trans-linolenic acid(19.74%),trans-linolenic acid(43.16%),trans-11-eicosenoic acid(0.30%),arachidic acid(0.32%)behenic acid( 0.05%),lignoceric acid(0.06%). Conclusion:Phyllanthus Emblica seed oil contains an appreciable amount of unsaturated fatty acids,unsaturated fatty acids make up 79.34% of the total amount of fatty acids,trans-unsaturated fatty acids make up 79.66% of the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids,chief unsaturated fatty acids are oleic acid,trans-linoleic acid,trans-linolenic acid and trans-11-Eicosenoic acid.
