| 摘 要： | 活血化瘀法治疗高血压是近年来研究的热点,以理论与临床为依据,从中、西医两方面对活血化瘀法治疗高血压痛进行阐述,认为其作用机理主要是改善血液流变学与血管内皮功能;血瘀证是高血压病情发展的必然转归,提出活血化瘀法是高血压比较重要的治法,在其治疗过程中处于不容忽视的地位.

| Abstract: | It's the highlight in recent years to study the treatment of hypertension by promoting blood circulaton to remove blood stasis.The article expounds the theoretical and clinical foundations for hypertension by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis from the views of TCM and western medicine,concludes that its functional mechanism is to improve rheology and the function of blood vessel endothelium,and that blood stasis is the inevitable result of hypertension development,thus it puts forward the method of promoting blood circulaton to remove blood stasis is a more important therapy for hypertension tolerating no neglect. |
