| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨女性盆腔囊性肿物的CT表现特点及CT导向穿刺抽液注入无水乙醇治疗盆腔肿物的方法。安全可靠性及临床应用体会。材料与方法：45例盆腔囊性肿物患者，埘21例患者行CT导向穿刺，抽出囊液注入无水乙醇。结果：21例患者治疗后无并发症发生。16例一次治疗囊性肿物完全消失。5例行两次治疗后囊腔消失。结论：CT分辨率高，对囊性肿物诊断有特异性。CT导向穿刺抽液注入无水乙醇治疗盆腔囊性肿物是一种痛苦小、经济方便、疗效可靠的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the CT characteristic of the female pelvie cystic mass and its treatment by CT guided ethonal injection, safety and clinic application of the method. Materials and Methods: 21 of 45 cases were performed by CT guided ethonal injection. Results; There were no major complcations the cystis disapperance were 16 cases after one therapy and 5 cases after two therary. Conclusion: CT has a specality on diagnosing cystic mass for its high resolution and CT guided ethonal injection was a painless. economical and conveient and effective therapy method. |
