不同分娩方式对高危儿血糖的影响

目的探讨不同分娩方式对高危儿血糖的影响。方法回顾性总结了在我院妇产科分娩的520例高危儿相关资料,根据分娩方式分为两组:进行顺产的260例为顺产组,进行剖宫产的260例为剖宫产组,分娩后分别监测和统计两组高危儿血糖情况并进行统计学比较。结果剖宫产组高危儿有28例(10.8%)出现低血糖,有7例(2.7%)出现高血糖,顺产组高危儿有4例(1.5%)出现低血糖,有1例(0.4%)出现高血糖,两组数据差异具有统计学意义。结论顺产分娩方式对降低高危儿血糖异常发生率具有重要的意义。

Effects of Different Modes of Delivery on Blood Glucose of High Risk Infants

Objective To investigate the effect of different delivery modes of high risk infants glucose.Method Retrospective in 520 high risk infants related data my courtyard department of gynaecology and obstetrics childbirth, according to mode of delivery were divided into two groups： 260 cases of spontaneous vaginal delivery, cesarean section 260 cases of cesarean section group, after delivery respectively, monitoring and statistics of two groups of high risk infants glucose and statistical comparison.Results The cesarean section group 28 cases of high risk infants （10.8%） hemorrhage, hypoglycemia, 7 cases （2.7%） have symptoms of high blood sugar, high risk infants birth group 4 cases （1.5%） of hypoglycemia, 1 cases （0.4%） have symptoms of high blood sugar, with statistically signiifcant difference between the two groups of data.Conclusion Spontaneous delivery rate has an important signiifcance to reduce the blood glucose of high risk infants abnormal.
