| 摘 要： | 目的：观察α-干扰素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效；方法：59例临床诊断为毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组32例，对照组27例，治疗组给予α-干扰素肌注，对照组给予病毒唑静脉滴入，分别比较两组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音消失时间；结果：治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音消失时间显少于对照组，治疗组7d治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有显著性；结论：α-干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效，并值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Objective:to observe the effect of a-IFN in treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:59 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases that injected with a-IFN in a group,27 cases that droped in ribavirin in controlled group.hen compared the extinctin time of each group in cough,feel oppressed asthma and rales.Results:The time of a-IFN's group was obviously not so many as ribbavirin's.Time was different apparently in two groups.Conclusion:a-IFN has great effects in treatment of bronchiolitis of children. |
