摘    要:
目的探讨B超测量胎儿双顶径、腹围、股骨长度综合预测胎儿体重的准确性.分析羊水量及不同B超操作者对预测体重的影响.方法回顾性总结2001年在我院分娩的产科病例484例,分娩以前一周内行B超检查并报告有预测体重者,比较预测体重与出生体重间的直接相关关系;应用u检验比较不同羊水量及不同操作者的诊断符合率间的区别.结果预测体重与出生体重的相关系数r分别为:巨大儿组0.904,正常体重组0.859,低体重组0.878,P<0.01;羊水量的多少及不同B超操作者对预测体重无影响,P>0.05.结论 B超测量胎儿双顶径、腹围、股骨长度综合预测胎儿体重的准确性高,测量方法易掌握.

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of fetal weight estimated by sonographical measurement of biparietal diaameter(BPD),abdominal circumference(AC) and femur length(FL),to assess if amniotic fluid and different sonographers influence the accuracy of estimeated fetal weight.Methods We summerized 484 cases delivered in our hospital in 2001 and all,within one week before delivery,had sonographical examinationn with fetal weight estimation.The correlation 'r'between estimated and acctual fetal weight was compared and caalculated.U test was used to compare the rate of diagnosis accuracy in different groups.Results The correlation 'r' of estimated and actual birth weight were:macrosomia 0.904,normal weight 0.859,underweight 0.878,P<0.01.The accuracy of estimated fetal weight wass not affected by different sonographers or by amniotic fluid,P>0.05.Conclusion Sonographically estimating fetal weight by measuring BPD,AC and FL has higher accuracy,The method for measurement is easy to learn.
