| 摘 要： | 目的 研究大鼠口服齐墩果酸自微乳给药系统后齐墩果酸的药动学特征.方法 将24只SD大鼠随机分成齐墩果酸自微乳实验组和市售齐墩果酸片剂对照组,运用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定不同时间点血浆中齐墩果酸的质量浓度,使用DAS2.0统计软件分析.结果 经胃肠给予齐墩果酸自微乳给药系统和市售齐墩果酸片剂后,t1/2β、Cmax和AUC0-24分别为(4.172±0.861)h和(10.076±2.019)h,(201.33±56.01) ng/mL和(70.09±14.88) ng/mL,( 1749.29±401.22) ng·h/mL和(416.25±80.34) ng·h/mL,结果之间均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 与普通片剂比对,齐墩果酸自微乳给药系统显著提高了生物利用度. |

| Abstract: | AIM To determine the pharmacokinetic parameters of oleanolic acid oral self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(OA-SMEDDS) in rats.METHODS Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into control group with tablet and experimental group with OA-SMEDDS.Plasma concentrations of OA in rats were assayed by HPLC-MS method.The pharmacokinetic parameters were computed by DAS2.0.RESULTS The main parameters of OA-SMEDDS and OA tablet: t1/2β were(4.172±0.861) h and(10.076±2.019) h,respectively.Cmax were(201.33±56.01) ng/mL and(70.09±14.88) ng/mL,respectively.AUC0-24 were(1749.29±401.22) ng·h/mL and(416.25±80.34) ng·h/mL,respectively.CONCLUSION The self-microemulsifying drug delivery system improves the bioavailability of OA in rat significantly. |
