针刺结合康复训练对免疫抑制大鼠脾脏指数及血清IL-2的影响

目的：观察针刺与康复训练相结合对免疫抑制大鼠模型脾脏指数及血清IL-2的影响。方法：将32只健康SD大鼠（雄性）体重200~250g,完全随机分为4组：模型组、康复治疗组、针康组、针刺治疗组,每组8只。除模型组外,其他各组分别给予针刺或康复治疗。每日1次,治疗10天后,取大鼠脾脏及血清。计算脾脏指数,用放射免疫法检测IL-2值。结果：①与模型组比较,康复治疗组和针康组脾脏指数有明显提高,并有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。②与针刺组比较,康复治疗组和针康组脾脏指数有明显提高,并有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。③与模型组比较,康复治疗组、针刺治疗组血清IL-2含量升高并有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。与模型组比较针康组血清IL-2含量升高并有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：①针刺结合康复训练能提高免疫抑制大鼠脾脏指数。②针刺与康复训练均能提高免疫抑制大鼠血清IL-2含量,二者结合效果更明显。

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation on Spleen Index,IL- 2 of Immunosuppressive Rat

Objective：To observe the impact of rahabilitation,acupunture,acupunture combine rehaibilitation to spleen index,IL-2 of immunosuppressive rat model.Method：To divided 32 healthy SD rats（male,weight 200-250g） into 4groups randomly：model group,acupunture group,rehabilatation group,acupunture combine rehabilitation group,each with 8 rats.Treat each group by acupunture or rehabilitation except the model group,once per day,10 days later,took the spleen and the blood serum of the rats.Caculate the spleen index.Use radioimmunoassay and malondialdehydein（MDA） technique to test contents of IL-2 of each group.Result：（1）Compared with the model group,the spleen index of rat the acupunture combine rehabilitation group,rehabilitation group increased,with significant difference（P0.05）.（2）Compared the acupunture group,the spleen index of rat the acupunture combine rehabilitation group,rehabilitation group increased,with significant difference（P0.05）.（3）Compared with the model group,the contents of rats＇ IL-2 of the acupunture group,rehabilitation group increased,with significant difference（P0.05）,the acupunture combine rehabilitation group,with great significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：（1）Acupunture combine rehaibilitation treatment can increase the spleen index of immunosuppressive rat.（2）Acupunture and rehaibilitation can increase the contents of rats＇ IL-2,acupunture combine rehaibilitation work much better.
