摘    要:目的探讨高原环境对人耳鼓膜像的影响.方法在电耳镜下对移居高原汉民(高原组)210人(420耳)及居住平原汉民(平原组)30人(60耳)进行详细检查,并分别给予咽鼓管功能检查及纯音测听检查.结果进藏年限与鼓膜像变化无相关性(P>0.05);高原组与平原组鼓膜像差异有显著性(P<0.005).结论高原缺氧、低气压、干冷的气候环境可引起正常听力人耳鼓膜像的改变,这种变化是人耳适应高原环境的一种代偿机制,不应视为病理变化.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of highland on tympanic membrane image of human ears.Methods:Han ethnic group of moving to highland (highland group,210 cases,420 ears) and people of living in flatland (flatland group,30 cases,60 ears) were observed under the electro\|otoscopy and the pure tone audiometer,and were respectively examined the eustachian tube function.Results:The changes of tympanic membrane image are not related to the years of their migratig Tibet.( P >0 05).There are significant differences between the high land group and the flatland group ( P <0 005).Conclusions:The tympanic membrane image change was caused by the hypoxemia and dry cold climate.It is probably a compensative mechanism adapting to environment of highland,so we don't regard it as a pathological change.
