双氯芬酸钠贴片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的探讨双氯芬酸钠贴片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗骨性关节炎的疗效及不良反应。方法采用单盲、随机、对照的实验方法,治疗组予以双氯芬酸贴片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖,对照组予以双氯芬酸钠缓释片。治疗四周后评价药物疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义,试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论双氯芬酸钠贴片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗骨性关节炎的方案能提高疗效,降低不良反应发生率,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the effcacy and adverse reaction of diclofenac sodium patch combined with glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis(OA). Methods 96 patients with primary OA were divided into two groups. The treatment group received diclorenac sodium patch and glucosamine sulfate. The control group received diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets. 4 weeks later, assessed the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results There were significant differences between treatment group and control group in total clinical assessment and patient pain assessmen The total effciency of treatment group was better than control group. There were less adverse reactions in treatment group than control group. Conclusion Patients with primary OA receiving dicloenac sodium patch combined with glucosamine sulfate would get better effcacy and less adverse reactions. This way is worth promoting in clinic.
