宫颈糜烂各种治疗方法分析与比较

目的比较宫颈糜烂不同的治疗方法的效果。方法回顾性分析宫颈糜烂者644例采用药物疗法、物理疗法和手术疗法3种方法疗效。结果药物疗法治愈率为47．9％，总有效率82．1％；物理疗法治愈率69．5％，总有效率93.8％；手术疗法治愈率75．4％，总有效率96．4％。结论针对不同的病例，不同的情况来选择药物治疗或者物理治疗，对于物理治疗又根据其轻重程度选择不同的治疗方法。轻度宫颈糜烂患者，可采用药物治疗；重度患者，最好采用物理疗法；而对于手术治疗，可根据病情进行选择，一般不作为首选治疗方法。

The Analysis and Comparison about Cervical Erosion Therapy Methords

Objective Introduce the treatment method that cervical erosion is different. Methods Retrospectively to analysis in 644 cervical erosion who were cured by drug therapy,physical treatment and operative treatment. Results The cure rate of drug therapy was 47.9%, total effeetive rate was 82.1%. The cure rate of physical treatment was 69.5%, total effective rate was 93.8%. Conclusion Through analysing more various treatment methods, summing up and withdrawing the needle to the case of difference, phannacotherapy or physical treatment are selected to the different circumstances, select different treatment methods according to its weight degree again to the physical treatment. To slight cervical erosion patient, can adopt pharmacotherapy, and to the severe patient, had better adopt the physical therapy, and to performing the operation the treatment, can select according to the state of an illness the first - selected treatment method of general omission.
