低分子肝素治疗肾病综合征疗效分析

目的 探讨低分子肝素（LMWH）治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法 将42例肾病综合征患者分为两组，分别给予LMWH和双嘧达莫治疗，并检测其用药前后血清白蛋白、血脂水平、血小板、出凝血时间及24小时尿蛋白定量。结果 LMWH组较双嘧达莫组治疗后24小时尿蛋白定量、血清胆固醇明显降低，血清白蛋白较双嘧达莫组恢复明显，两组均无出血并发症。结论 低分子肝素（LMWH）治疗NS，抗凝作用强，出血危险性小，并可减少蛋白尿。

Therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin on nephrotic syndrome

Objective To Study the clinical advantages of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) for curing nephrotic syndrome.Methods There were 42 nephrotic syndrome patients who were divided randomly into two groups and treated separately by LMWH or dipyridamole.Serum albumin,cholesterole,triglyceride,platelet,bleeding and clotting time and 24 hour urinary protein before and after treatment were detected.Results The levels of 24-hour urinary protein and serum cholesterole were lower,and serum albumin was higher in LMWH-treatment group than dipyridamole-treatment group.There was no bleeding complication for both groups.Conclusion LMWH has the advantages of valid anticoagulation,low tendency to bleeding,and minimal proteinuria when it is used to treat nephrotic syndrome.
