中医药对肝癌患者生活质量影响的研究进展

我国原发性肝癌发病率高，预后极差，自然生存期不超过3～6个月，其治疗方法很多，但疗效理想的很少。原发性肝癌由于早期诊断困难，待确诊时大多已迭中、晚期；失去手术机会，迄今为止仍缺乏高效低毒的治疗药物，以致全身化疗疗效较低，肝动脉插管栓塞化疗及癌灶无水酒精注射等经常受到限制。为此，探索新的且相对有效的能让大多数患者耐受的治疗药物和方法就成为临床工作者的迫切任务。
