护理教学查房的组织与实施

摘    要:
护理临床教学是理论联系实际的最佳途径,教学查房是常用的临床教学手段。带教教师对教学查房的合理组织与安排,能提高学生应用理论知识、分析和解决临床实际问题的综合能力,弥补课堂理论教学的局限和不足,增进教学效果。根据护理教学查房的类型与形式,带教老师在查房中发挥其组织、教育、咨询和护理的作用。教学查房的效果评价内容包括:教学目标是否达到;学生对相关知识和技能是否掌握;学生是否积极参与讨论;教学活动时间安排的合理性与有效性;学生对教学活动的满意程度。

Abstract:
Clinical practice is the crucial step for nursing students to connect theory they learned in classroom to their practice. Ward around is the very common methods for clinical teaching. The reasonable organization and performance of ward around by instructors can improve the student's comprehensive ability to use knowledge of theory and analyze and solve the real clinical problems, compensate the limitation and inadequacy of theory teaching and promote teaching effect. According to types and forms of nursing ward around, the instructors act as a leader, educator, consultant and therapist. The contents of teaching effect evaluation in teaching ward around include whether the teaching goal is reached, whether students have grasped relative knowledge and technique, whether students get involved in the discussion actively, the reasonability and validity of teaching activity time and student's satisfactory degree toward teaching activity.
