电针治疗单纯性肥胖56例临床疗效观察

目的观察电针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,为治疗单纯性肥胖提供临床依据。方法根据西医、中医辨证分型诊断标准,以单纯性肥胖的56例患者为研究对象,对56例单纯性肥胖患者采用电针疗法。主穴为中脘、下脘、水分、天枢、大横、髀关、足三里。根据中医肥胖辨证分型适当配伍其他穴位:痰湿内盛者加丰隆、阴陵泉、三阴交;胃肠实热者加内庭、合谷、下巨虚;气滞血瘀者加血海、太冲、膈腧。结果经过3个疗程的治疗,患者体重、BMI值、腰围、臀围均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。其中56例患者,治愈9例,显效28例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率89.9%。结论本疗法在临床上可以较好地改善患者的症状、体征,各项观察指标均明显下降,说明该法治疗单纯性肥胖症安全有效。

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy on 56 Cases of Simple Obesity Treated with Electroacupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture（EA） on simple obesity so as to provide the clinical evidence in the treatment of EA. Methods According to the syndrome differen- tiation and diagnostic criteria of western and Chinese medicine, 56 cases of simple obesity were selected as the subjects and were treated with EA. The main points were Zhongwan （CV12）, Xiawan （CV10）, Shuifen （ CV9）, Daheng（ SP15 ）, Piguan （ SP31 ） and Zusanli （ ST36 ）. The supplemented points were selected based on the syndrome differentiation of TCM. For internal accumulation of phlegm damp, Fenglong （ ST40 ）, Yin- lingquan （SP9） and Sanyinjiao （ SP6 ） were added ; for excess heat of gastrointestine, Neiting （ ST44 ）, Hegu （LI4） and Xiajuxu（ ST37 ）were add;for stagnation of qi and blood, Xuehai （SP10）, Taichong （LR3）and Ge- shu（BL17）were added. Results After 3 sessions of treatment,the body weight,BMI,waistline and hipline were all reduced,indicating the significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Of 56 cases ,9 cases were cured,28 cases remarkably effective, 16 cases effective and 3 cases failed. The total effective rate was 89.9%. Conclusion This therapy improves effectively in the symptoms and physical signs of the patients and reduces remarkably every index in clinical. It is explained that this therapy is safe and effective in treatment of simple obesity.
