| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心脏粘液瘤的外科治疗。方法：回顾性分析1997年-2006年收治心脏粘液瘤患者24例。结果：全部病例治愈，随访7年无复发。结论：细致、完整而彻底的手术切除是预防心房粘液瘤复发的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore surgical treatment of cardiac myxoma.Methods:24 cardiac myxoma cases were retrospectively analyzed from Febrary 1997 to August 2006 in our hospital.Results:All cases were cured and no recurrence in the following 7 years.Conclusions:The key to prevent recurrence of cardiac myxoma is complete and delicate surgical treatment. |
