| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗化疗性呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组常规应用恩丹西酮治疗。观察化疗后缓解恶心、呕吐的效果及毒副作用发生率。结果:止恶心、止呕吐总有效率治疗组均明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05),提示治疗组改善情况优于时照组。治疗后对照组有16例出现头痛、头晕、便秘等毒副作用,治疗组均未出现毒副作用,2组毒副作用发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺配合耳穴贴压有很好的胃肠调节作用,对化疗引起的恶心呕吐有明显的治疗作用。 |
