生肌玉红汤纱布湿敷对兔血汞浓度的影响

摘    要:
目的 观察生肌玉红汤纱布湿敷对血汞含量的影响,探讨含汞制剂中药的用药安全.方法 选择32只兔子,雌雄各半,在背部建立慢性溃疡模型,随机分为两组,每组16只,一组为阴性对照组,用生理盐水纱布湿敷,另一组用生肌玉红汤纱布湿敷;分别用酸性氯化亚锡还原-冷原子吸收光谱法测定其血液中不同时间的汞含量.结果 生肌玉红汤湿敷组中血汞的含量随着时间的延长不断增加,至第四周未时其浓度为(92.68±8.0)nmol/L,明显高于阴性对照组(83.05±8.8)nmol/L,两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 在创面使用含汞制剂的中药时应控制用药的时间,不宜超过1个月,以免发生汞中毒.

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of wet dressing with shengji yuhong decoction on blood mercury level in rabbits, and to explore the safety of Chinese herbal formulas containing mercury.Methods A animal model of chronic back ulcers was established in 32 rabbits. The rabbits were then randomized to receive wet dressing with either normal saline (16 rabbits, control group), or shengji yuhong decoction (16 rabbits, decoction group). Blood mercury levels were detected by acidic stannous chloride deoxidation and cold atomic absorption spectrography at different time points. Results Blood mercury level increased in the decoction group with time and was significantly higher in the decoction group than in the control group at the end of the fourth week [(92.68 ± 8.0 ) nmol/L vs. ( 83.05 ± 8.8 ) nmol/L, P<0.01].Conclusions The duration of application of Chinese herbal medicine containing mercury on wound should be limited.
