中药外敷与康复新液联用治疗放射性口炎临床疗效观察

目的 观察中药外敷与康复新液联用治疗放射性口炎的临床疗效.方法 收集头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗所致放射性口炎患者60例,随机分为2组.治疗组30例采用中药外敷与康复新液含漱治疗,对照组采用复方氯已啶含漱液治疗,对比评价其疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率93.3％,对照组总有效率76.7％,治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 中药外敷与康复新液联用可迅速修复黏膜损伤,治疗放射性口炎临床疗效肯定.

Curative effect observation of radioactive stomatitis intergrated treatment with external application of Chinese medicine and Kangfu Xinye

Objective To observe the curative effect of radioactive stomati application of Chinese medicine and Kangfu Xinye. Methods 60 patients head and neck neoplasm radiotherapy were randomly divided into two grou with external application of Chinese medicine and mouthwash with Kangfu tis intergrated treatment with external with radioactive stomatitis induced by ps, the treatment group （n=30）, treated Xinye, the control group （n=30）, treated with compound gargle solution ehlorhexidine giuconatie. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group, while 76.7% showed in the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Integrated treatment with external application of Chinese medicine and Kangfu Xinye could repair mucous membrane injury immediately, and has good effect on radioactive stomatology.
