彩超引导介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的临床体会

目的：探讨彩超在介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤手术中的使用方法。方法：彩超引导下对79例原发性及转移性肝脏肿瘤患者采用介入射频消融术治疗,治疗前行CT或MR、彩超检查,设计手术方案,术后1-7d进行血清学检测,术后一周左右行彩超检查,一个月后复查CT或MR和彩超及血清学检查,以后每三个月复查一次。结果：治疗后肿瘤直径缩小1/2以上者29例,肿瘤直径缩小1/2以下这35例,肿瘤直径没有明显变化或增大者15例;肿瘤内及周边血流消失51例,肿瘤内及周边血流明显减少15例,肿瘤内及周边血流没有明显变化或增多者11例;死亡2例。结论：应用彩超,可以可靠地指导肝癌RFA治疗,能有效提高肝癌射频治疗效果。
