半月板后根部损伤的MRI诊断研究进展

临床上半月板后根部损伤很常见,但有些损伤在关节镜下也难以清晰显示。MRI是目前无创性评价其损伤程度的最佳影像方法。结合不同MRI序列对半月板后根部损伤进行诊断,有利于准确评估损伤情况,从而有助于手术的顺利进行。复习近几年关于半月板后根部损伤影像评价的文献,对半月板后根部的解剖、损伤机制、MRI表现(直接征象及伴随征象)、损伤的临床分型、新兴MRI技术在后根部损伤评估中的应用等内容进行综述,以进一步了解损伤的MRI表现。

Posterior meniscal root injuries:advances of MRI diagnosis

Posterior meniscal root injury is common,but some injuries can be hardly displayed clearly under arthroscopy. At present, MRI is the most reliable non-invasive imaging modality in evaluating the degree of the injury. Combined with different MRI sequences,posterior meniscal root injury can be diagnosed. It is beneficial to evaluate the damage accurately, and thus to help the operation proceed smoothly.We conducted the review of the literature about the imaging of posterior meniscal root injury in recent several years. The anatomy of posterior meniscal root, mechanism of its injury, MRI features (direct and indirect MRI signs), clinical classification, and the application of novel MRI techniques in evaluating posterior meniscal root injury were discussed to improve the understanding of MRI findings of this injury.
