摘    要:目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效及其对血浆D-二聚体的影响。方法:将缺血性脑卒中患者100例随机分为2组各50例,对照组给予缺血性脑卒中常规化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服通心络胶囊,观察临床疗效并监测血浆D-二聚体水平变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为74.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后1天,冶疗组血浆D-二聚体含量高于对照组(P〈0.05),2组其余时间比较,差异均无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊对缺血性脑卒中有确切疗效,其机制可能是通过影响血浆中D一二聚体的水平。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effects of Tong~;inluo capsules in treating cerebral ischemic stroke and to investigate the influence on plasma D-dimer. Methods. One hundred patients of cerebral is- chemic stroke were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given western medical routine treatment for cerebral ischemic stroke, and the treatment group was given Tongxinluo capsules additionally. The clinical effects were evaluated and the plasma D-dimer level was monitored during the treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.0%, sig- nificantly higher than 74.0% in the control group, and the difference was significant(P 〈 0.05). After treat-ment for one day, the plasma D-dimer level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the difference of the level in other time points were insignificant between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsules shows certain effect in treating cerebral ischemic stroke, and the therapeutic mechanism is related with the regulation of plasma D-dimer level.
