| 摘 要： | 为高效保护新疆特有家驴地方品种资源，我们在鄯善县开展了驴精液冷冻试验。试验选用6头4～10岁的吐鲁番种公驴，在采精后采用进口马精液冷冻保存液冷冻驴精液，解冻后80％以上公驴精液的活力〉10．3以上，效果良好。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively protect the genetic resources of donkey in Xinjiang, we studied the method to freeze donkey semen. In the study, semen was collected from 6 Turpan male donkeys aged 4 to 10 year. Then the semen was diluted with an imported semen extender （INRA96）, and frozen., The progressive motility of 〉 80% ss＇ frozen semen is 〉30%, indicating the freezing method is good. |
