委中穴刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的观察舒筋止痛水拍打委中穴后刺络放血疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成两组，治疗组采用舒筋止痛水拍打委中穴后刺络放血疗法，对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊（西乐葆）。通过NRS评分表及腰椎JOA评分表记录治疗前后临床症状的改善程度。结果治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组总有效率为86．7％：治疗组治疗后NRS、JOA评分改善优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论舒筋止痛水拍打委中穴后刺络放血是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效治疗方法。

Clinical Observations on Point Weizhong Pricking Bloodletting Treatment for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point Weizhong （BL40） Shujinzhitong liquid patting and pricking bloodletting in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group received point Weizhong Shujinzhitong liquid patting and subsequent pricking bloodletting and the control group took celecoxib capsules （celebrex） orally. The clinical effects on the symptoms were evaluated using the numerical rating scale （NRS） and the Japanese Orthopedic Association （JOA） Score for lumbar spondylopathy. Result The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group. The post-treatment NRS and JOA scores improved more in the treatment group than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Point Weizhong Shujinzhitong liquid patting and subsequent pricking bloodletting is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
