针刺康复综合治疗地震脑损伤言语功能障碍随机对照研究

目的探索治疗地震脑损伤言语障碍的中西医结合康复方案。方法采用多中心随机对照研究方法,将合格受试者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(31例),分别给予针刺、言语训练相结合的康复方案和单纯言语训练治疗,评价其疗效及安全性。结果治疗2个月后两组患者言语功能得到显著改善(P<0.01),且在改善的程度上治疗组较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。治疗结束后6个月随访,两组分别有16例、14例患者言语功能继续得到改善,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以针刺、言语训练相结合康复方案治疗地震脑损伤言语功能障碍安全有效,较单纯言语训练治疗更具疗效优势。

Randomized-controlled Trial of Acupuncture plus Rehabilitation for Speech Dysfunction Due to Post-earthquake Brain Injuries

Objective To explore a combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treating speech dysfunction due to post-earthquake brain injuries. Method By a multi-centered randomized controlled method, the recruited eligible subjects were randomized into a treatment group （30 cases） and a control group （31 cases）. They were respectively intervened by a rehabilitation therapy combining acupuncture and speech training and speech training alone. The therapeutic efficacies and safety were evaluated. Result The speech functions were significantly improved in both groups after 2-month treatment （P〈0.01）, and the improvement in the treatment group was markedly better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The 6-month fullow-up study showed that 16 subjects in the treatment group and 14 subjects in the control group gained further improvement in speech fimction, but the inter-group difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation combining acupuncture and speech training is safe and effective in treating speech dysfunction due to post-earthquake brain injuries, and has its advantage in therapeutic efficacy compared to single speech training.
