H型高血压患者同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉内膜中层厚度和血压变异性的相关性分析

目的 探讨H型高血压患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和血压变异性(BPV)的相关性.方法 150例H型高血压患者根据Hcy浓度分为4个区间q1、q2、q3和q4,比较4个区间的IMT和BPV,采用Logistic回归分析Hcy与IMT和BPV的关系.结果 q1、q2、q3和q4区间的IMT、24hSSD、dSSD、dDSD和nSSD比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与q1比较,q2、q3和q4的IMT分别增加了1.685、3.128和5.685倍,dSSD分别增加了1.528、2.856和4.328倍.结论 H型高血压患者血Hcy与BPV和IMT具有明显相关性,Hcy浓度越高,血压变异越大,IMT越大.

The correlation between homocysteine and carotid intima-media thickness as well as blood pressure variability in patients with type H hypertension

Objective To analyze the correlation between homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) as well as blood pressure variability (BPV) in patients with type H hypertension.Methods According to the concentration of Hcy, 150 patients with type H hypertension were divided into four intervals of q1,q2,q3,q4,and the IMT and BPV were compared in the four intervals.Moreover the correlation between Hcy and IMT,BPV was analyzed by means of Logistic regression analysis.Resluts There were significant differences in IMT,24hSSD,dSSD,dDSD and nSSD among the four intervals (P<0.05).As compared with those in q1,the IMT in q2,q3 and q4 was increased by 1.685,3.128 and 5.685 times, respectively,and dSSD was increased by 1.528,2.856 and 4.328 times,respectively.Conclusion The Hcy levels are closely correlated with IMT and BPV in patients with type H hypertension,moreover, the higher the Hcy concentration, the greater the blood pressure variability and IMT.
