枸地氯雷他定联合玉屏风治疗颜面部再发性皮炎临床疗效观察

目的 探讨枸地氯雷他定联合玉屏风治疗颜面部再发性皮炎临床疗效.方法 研究对象选取84例确诊颜面部再发性皮炎患者,随机分成2组,每组42例.2组均接受硼酸溶液湿敷及维生素E霜、维生素B6软膏外用,对照组予枸地氯雷他定片口服,研究组在上述基础上再予玉屏风散颗粒口服,检测外周血EOS、IgE水平,并对临床表现及颜面无创定量评价,比较临床疗效及复发情况.结果 与治疗前比较,2组外周血EOS计数及血清IgE水平降低(P<0.01),红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒、皮损总面积评分降低(P<0.01),皮肤角质层含水量升高(P<0.01),红斑参数值降低(P<0.01).与对照组比较,研究组外周血EOS计数及血清IgE水平较低(P<0.01),红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒、皮损总面积评分较低(P<0.01),皮肤角质层含水量较高(P<0.01),红斑参数值较低(P<0.01),治疗有效率较高(P<0.05),随访复发率较低(P<0.05).结论 枸地氯雷他定联合玉屏风治疗颜面部再发性皮炎疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床借鉴.

Therapeutic effects of desloratadine citrate combined with Yupingfeng granules on facial recurrent dermatitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of desloratadine citrate combined with Yupingfeng granules on facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with facial recurrent dermatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group (n=42) and experimental group (n=42).The patients in both group were treated by wet compress with boric acid solution and external application with vitamin E cream and vitamin B6 ointment,in addition to that,the patients in control group were treated by oral desloratadine citrate tablets,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by oral Yupingfeng granules.The therapeutic effects,relapse rate and levels of EOS,IgE in peripheral blood were observed and compared between two groups.Results As compared with those before treatment,the levels of EOS and IgE in peripheral blood were decreased (P<0.01) in both groups after treatment,and the scores of erythema,scaling,itching,skin lesions were decreased (P<0.01),however the stratum corneum water content was increased (P<0.01).As compared with those in control group,the levels of EOS and IgE in experimental group were significantly decreased (P<0.01),the scores of erythema,scaling,itching,skin lesions were decreased (P<0.01),the stratum corneum water content was increased (P<0.01).Moreover clinical effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01),and follow-up relapse rate was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The desloratadine citrate combined with Yupingfeng granules in treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis is effective,with lower follow-up relapse rate, therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
