| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院抗菌药物应用与病原菌耐药现状,探讨抗菌药物用量与细菌耐药性变迁之间的关系,指导临床合理用药。方法收集、统计对比分析2007-2008年住院部常用抗菌药物应用频度与病原菌的耐药率。结果 2a来,11种抗菌药物应用频度（DDDs）增长迅速,增长率〉20%。病原菌监测结果显示标本阳性率55.88%,其中革兰阴性杆菌56.39%,革兰阳性球菌13.58%,真菌28.65%,主要分布于呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤与组织。分离率排序前5位的病原菌分别是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌,多药耐药菌株分离率及耐药率以不同程度逐年上升。结论需要加强临床抗菌药物应用管理与细菌耐药谱的监测,延缓及防止细菌耐药菌株的产生与传播。
