| 摘 要： | 目的考察室温6h内胰岛素注射剂与5种药物在5%葡萄糖注射剂（GS）中的配伍稳定性。方法采用发光免疫法测定胰岛素含量,同时考察配伍液的外观、pH值和不溶性微粒的变化。结果胰岛素与头孢哌酮钠配伍产生浑浊,胰岛素与头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢地秦钠、门冬氨酸钾镁在6h内外观、不溶性微粒、pH值未出现明显变化,胰岛素含量在3～4h后变化超过10%。结论在5%GS中胰岛素与头孢哌酮钠不宜配伍,与头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢地秦钠、门冬氨酸钾镁可配伍,但应在3～4h内用完。
