摘    要:胰岛素受体底物(IRS)是胰岛素信号传递的重要介质,其中IRS-1和IRS-2在胰岛素信号转导通路中的作用尤为重要。IRS-1和IRS-2在体内多个组织中均有表达,其中在胰岛β细胞、肝脏、骨骼肌和脂肪组织中表达最为丰富。近年来国内外在对IRS-1和IRS-2的研究中发现,无论是糖尿病患者或是模型,其胰岛β细胞、肝脏、骨骼肌和脂肪组织中IRS-1和IRS-2的表达均有改变,且变化程度各有不同。

Abstract:IRS is an important medium in insulin signal transmission, and IRS-1 and IRS-2 are the two omost important ILLS. IRS-1 and IRS-2 express in many organizations of humanbody, especially in pancreatic beta ceils, liver, muscle and fat and etc. In recent years, the expressions of IRS-1 and IRS-2 were changed in pancreatic beta cells, liver, muscle and fat in different levels in both diabetes patients and models.
