| 摘 要： | 用0.5%托吡卡胺眼水,对181名(362眼)4—30岁屈光不正者进行了睫状肌麻痹前后的检影验光对照研究。与常态下相比,用睫状肌麻痹剂后,近视度减少,远视度增加。远视组和近视组的球镜度符合率分别为25.5%和62.4%。散光轴位变化率为48.8%。结果表明,散瞳检影后的主观试镜是必不可少的。

| Abstract: | The refractive status of 181 ametropes (362 eyes) aged 4 to 30 was respectively deter-mined before and after 0.5% tropicamide was used.Compared with non-cycloplegic reti-noscopy,the spherical equivalent (SE) of myopia was deck-eased and the SE of hypermeer-tropia was increased by cycloplegic retinoscopy.The accordance or SE was 25.5% in hyp-metropia and 62.4% in myopia.The results showed that the subjective refining wasnecessary after retinoscopy. |
