| 摘 要： | 目的考察喉咽清水蜜丸的急性毒性,评价该药的安全性。方法采用小鼠灌胃给药,计算最大耐受量。结果小鼠灌胃LD_(50)未测出,最大耐受倍数为280倍。结论喉咽清水蜜丸毒性低,推荐临床用药是安全的。

| Abstract: | Object to investigate the acute toxicity of Hau Yangping pill, evaluate the security of the drug. Method Give the drug to mouse Per os, and compute the maximum endurance dose. Result LD 50't be tested, the maximum endurance time is 280 Conclusion the toxiaty of Hou Yan- qing Pill is low, it is Safe to recommend to clinical use |
