自我效能干预对维持性血液透析患者心理状况的影响

目的:探讨自我效能干预对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者心理状况的影响。方法:将60例MHD患者随机分为干预组31例和对照组29例。对照组接受常规血液透析护理,干预组在此基础上进行为期3个月的自我效能干预。采用慢性病患者自我效能量表和医院焦虑抑郁量表在干预前、干预后及干预后3个月对两组患者进行测评。结果:干预组患者干预后及干预后3个月自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组患者干预后及干预后3个月的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自我效能干预可提高MHD患者的自我效能水平,改善其心理状态。

Impact of self-efficacy intervention on the psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy intervention on the psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods: 60 patients with MHD were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=31) and a control group(n=29).The patients received conventional hemodialysis nursing care in the control group and 3-month self-efficacy intervention was additionally given to the patients in the intervention group based on the conventional measures.The self-efficacy scale for chronic diseases patients and hospital anxiety and depression scale were used to make an assessment of the patients in both groups before intervention,after intervention and 3 months after the intervention.Results: The self-efficacy scores was higher in the intervention group than the control group after intervention and 3 months after intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01);the anxiety and depression scores were lower in the intervention group than the control group after intervention and 3 months after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion: The self-efficacy intervention can improve the level of self-efficacy and the psychological state of patients with MHD.
