急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸与C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体的临床分析

目的研究急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(DD)的相关性。方法收集172例急性脑梗死患者(ACI组)、136例健康人(对照组)的血液标本,采用循环酶法检测血浆HCY水平,Glauss凝固法测定FIB及DD水平,胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定CRP水平。结果 ACI组HCY、CRP、FIB和DD的水平均较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),ACI组HCY、CRP、FIB和DD存在正相关(r=0.432,0.468,0.415,均P<0.05)。结论 HCY变化与CRP、FIB及DD有关,与急性脑梗死的发生密切相关,四者联合检测对急性脑梗死的预防、早期诊断及治疗均有重要意义。

The clinical analysis between the homocysteine, C-reactive protein,fibrinogen and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective Observing the correlation between the inflammatory factor,such as C-reactive protein(CRP),Fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer(D-D) in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the homocysteine(Hcy).Methods Collecting 172 cases of acute cerebral infarction(ACI Group),136 healthy people’s blood samples(control group).To detect the level of plasma Hcy in the way of enzymatic cycling.To examine the intensity of FIB,D-D by using the method of solidification of Glauss.To examine the intensity of CRP by using the method of Latex enhanced immune transmission turbidity.Result By comparison,the levels of Hcy,CRP,FIB and DD in the ACI group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the ACI group,there was a significant positive correlation between the Hcy,CRP,FIB and DD levels(r=0.432,0.468,0.415,P<0.05).Conclusion Hcy,CRP,FIB and DD levels and acute cerebral infarction are closely related.The joint detection of the four factors is of great importance in the prevention,early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the acute cerebral infarction.
