腹腔镜下取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠62例

目的观察腹腔镜下切开取胚术治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法将本院125例输卵管妊娠患者分别行腹腔镜手术62例（腹腔镜组），开腹手术63例（开腹组），比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后发热率、住院天数、术后持续性宫外孕发生率、输卵管通畅率及再次宫外孕发生率。结果两组手术时间、腹腔出血量、术后持续性宫外孕发生率及再次宫外孕发生率比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）；术后排气时间、发热比率及住院天数，腹腔镜组明显低于开腹组（P〈0.05）。术后输卵管通畅率腹腔镜组高于开腹组（P〈0.05）。结论输卵管妊娠腹腔镜下切开取胚术具有创伤小、疼痛轻和恢复快、住院时间短、切口美观，术后输卵管通畅率高等优点，更适合于有生育要求的输卵管妊娠患者。

The Value of Conservative Operative Laparoscopy in Curing Tubal Pregnancy of 62 Patients

Objective To observe the clinical value of conservative operative laparoscopy in curing tubal pregnancy. Methods 125 tubal pregnancy patients who received conservative operation were analysised. 62 patients received laparos-copy while 63 patients received laparotomy. Their operative time, blood loss, evacuating time, fever morbility, hospitalization, morbility of persistent ectopic pregnancy, morbililty of secondary ectopic pregnancy, postoperative tubal patency rate were compared. Result The evacuating time, fever morbility, hospitalization in the laparoscopy group were less than the laparotomy group significant. The differences of operative time, blood loss, morbility of persistent ectopic pregnancy, morbililty of secondary ectopic pregnancy between the two groups were not statisticly significant. The postoperative tubal patency rate in the laparoscopy was higher than the laparotomy group, and the differences was statistiely significant. Conclusion Conservative operative laparoscopy in curing tubal pregnancy has some advantages such as less trauma, painless, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization, higher postoperative tubal patency rate, which is more suitable for the patients who had desire for further fertilization.
