摘    要:
雷公藤总甙、总萜和总生物碱在中毒剂量下,均可引起大鼠睾丸生殖上皮退行住变性,其中以总碱组最为突出。精子细胞和精子最敏感,其次为精母细胞,精原细胞耐受性最强。小实验所见与棉酚所致睾丸损害颇相类似。三种植化成分对大鼠卵巢的损害较睾丸明显为轻。

Abstract:
The results of the present work showed that degenerative changes of the seminiferous tubules of testes could be induced by total glycosides (TG), total terpenes (TT) as well as total alkaloides (TA) of Lei Gong Teng (LGT). The lesions of testes in TA group were most prominent.The germinal cells in different stages of the testis were in varying degrees of degeneration and decreased in number. Spermatides and sperms were most susceptible to LGT, spermtoblasts were less susceptible, while spermatogonia were most resistant to LGT. The results suggested that TA have anti-spsrmatogenetic action similar to that of gossypol. The injurious, effects of the three main components of LGT on the ovary were much less evident than those on the testis.
