优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果分析

目的分析优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2011年1月份至2012年1月份收治100例肿瘤晚期患者为研究对象,采用随机分配的原则,将所有患者分成对照组和实验组,每个组别各50例。对照组患者在临床上主要采用常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理上增加优质护理。对两组患者干预后疼痛程度以及护理满意度进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示,实验组患者的疼痛改善情况以及护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经临床研究结果表明,采用优质护理对肿瘤晚期患者进行干预,能够改善患者的疼痛情况,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广和普及。

Analysis Effect of Quality Care for Patients with Advanced Cancer Pain

ObjectiveTo analyze quality of nursing in patients with tumor in the late effect of pain.MethodsThe clinical study mainly in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were treated 100 cases of late cancer patients as the research object, based on the principle of random distribution, all the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases each group. Control patients in clinical mainly uses the conventional nursing, the experimental group to add high quality care to patients in routine care. After the intervention in patients with two groups of pain and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared.ResultsThe clinical research results show that the experimental group patients pain improved and nursing satisfaction was better than control group, differences are statistically signiifcant,P〈0.05.ConclusionThe clinical research results show that high quality nursing intervention in patients with late tumor, it can improve the patient＆#39;s pain, improve patient satisfaction with care, worthy of promotion and popularization.
