| 摘 要： | 测定２０例老年呼吸衰竭患者及３０名健康者血浆氨基酸浓度，结果表明：呼吸衰竭患者血浆支链氨基酸／芳香氨基酸（ＢＣＡＡ／ＡＡＡ）比值明显下降，与正常人比较差异有显著性；病情愈重，ＢＣＡＡ／ＡＡＡ比值下降愈明显；ＰａＣＯ２与ＢＣＡＡ／ＡＡＡ比值之间存在负相关。因此推测ＢＣＡＡ／ＡＡＡ比值下降可能是肺性脑病的一个原因。 |

| Abstract: | The measurement of the plasma amino acid was made in 20 elderly patients with chronic respiratory failure and 30 persons of control.The result showed that BCAA/AAA in the serum of the patients with respiratory failure was lower than that of the control.The worse the condition of the disease,the more lowering of the ratio of BCAA to AAA. The severity of respiratory failure was judged according to the decreasing extent of BCAA/AAA. The ratio of BCAA to AAA expressed a negative correlation with PaCO2.It was suggested that the decreasing of BCAA/AAA in the serum may cause respiratory encephalopathy |
