心理干预对老年抑郁患者生活质量的长期影响

目的 探讨心理干预对社区老年抑郁患者生活质量的长期影响。方法 对用老年抑郁量表（GDS）筛选出的社区老年抑郁患者进行为期3个月的心理干预，干预结束后再随访3个月，用健康调查问卷（SF-36）第2版调查患者6个月时生活质量，以了解心理干预对患者的长期影响。结果 6个月时，干预组患者在生活质量的情感职能（RE）、活力（VT）、心理功能（MH）、社会功能（SF）维度分数显著高于对照组患者；与干预前相比，干预组患者健康相关生活质量8个维度分数均显著提高，与3个月时比较差异不大，对照组患者6个月时健康相关生活质量的生理功能（PF）、情感职能（RE）、活力（VT）、躯体疼痛（BP）及总体健康（GH）维度分数显著提高，与3个月时比较各维度分数差异较小。结论 心理干预具有提高老年抑郁患者心理社会方面生活质量的长期效果；支持性心理干预方案针对性强，形式合理，并由社区医护人员进行．可适用于社区的老年心理卫生保健。

Effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in old patient with depression

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in old patients with depression in community. Methods Community old patients with depression were selected by GDS and performed 3 months psychological intervention,then followed up for 3 months. We investigated the quality of life at the end of 6 months so as to estimate the effect of psychological intervention on depression patients. Results Compared with that of control group at the end of 6 months,the scales of factors including RE, VT, MH, SF in intervention group were significantly higher. Compared with that before intervention,eight scales related to quality of life in intervention group were much higher,hut no significant difference than that at the end of 3 months. Scales of PE,RE,VT, BP and GH was much higher at the end of 6 months in control group, but no significant difference with that at the end of 3 months. Conclusion Psychological intervention is suitable for improving the mental health of community old patients of depression with well - format.
