国产柱晶白霉素的临床效果探讨

选择呼吸道、尿道、口腔、耳等部位感染及钩体病非重症者70例(病原学阳性75.7％)。随机以国产柱晶白霉素治疗40例及红霉素治疗30例对照观察。柱晶白霉素组420mg一日三次。3～21日痊愈～显效率76％,无效12.5％,清除革兰氏阳性球菌为90.1％,且对耐红霉素者多敏感,而革兰氏阴性杆菌耐药,对淋球菌效果差,仅有消化道反应7.5％。红霉素组375mg,一日三次,3～30日痊愈～显效率77.4％,无效9.7％,清除革兰氏阳性球菌81.3％,对丙型链球菌和淋球菌效果差,消化道反应为23.3％。显示柱晶白霉素是一种安全、有效的抗生素,特别适于门诊应用。

A CONTROL TRIAL COMPARING LEUCOMYCIN (HOME MADE),ERYTHROMYCIN ON THE TREATMENT OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES

There were 70 cases including upper and lower respiratory infections, scarlet fever, gonorrhea, urethritis, acute otitis media, stomatic infections, and leptospirosis all cases were randomly divided into leucomycin group (40 cases 420mg en-tericcoated tablet, t. i.d. ,3to 21 days)and erythromycin group(30 cases 375mg enteric coated tablet t.i.d.,3-30 days),results of marked clinical effect were 75% and 80.0% and rate of eradicated bacteria were 80% and 78.3%, respectively .But 2 patients of respiratory infections with E.coli and Klebsiella in leucomycin group were therapeutic failure, 2 patients of S. aureus infection treated with erythromycin to have no effect were cured by leucomycin. In vitro, leucomycin showed antibacterial activity similar to erythromycin but the proportion of erythromycin resistent strians in Gram positive cocci were still sensitive to leucomycin. Side effects were only related to the gastrointestinal tract in both leucomycin(7.5%)and erthromycin(23.3%).Therefore, leucomycin is a safe, effective antibitic which it is suitable for outpatient with relative infections.
