腹腔镜诊治妇科急腹症156例分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症的价值。方法:回顾分析应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症156例的临床资料。结果:腹腔镜诊断并对109例异位妊娠、23例黄体破裂、3例巧克力囊肿破裂、21例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转成功进行手术治疗,其中输卵管切除术92例、附件切除术20例、卵巢囊肿剥除术4例、卵巢楔形切除术2例、保守性手术如输卵管线形切开取胚术和卵巢电凝止血术38例。术后3～5d均痊愈出院。结论:运用腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症有效、实用。对于休克型的内出血者有可行性。

Analysis of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment for 156 cases of acute abdomen of gynecology

Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen of gynecology.Methods:The clinical data of 156 cases of acute abdomen of gynecology diagnosed and treated with laparoscopy were analyzed.Results:109 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 23 cases of luteal rupture, 3 cases of chocolate cyst rupture, 21 cases of ovarian masses twisted were successfully treated with laparoscopy.Among them, 92 cases were salpingectomy, 20 cases were adnexectomy, 4 cases were ovarian cystectomy, 2 cases were ovarian wedgy excised and 38 cases conservative operations.156 patients were discharged without complications at 3~5 days after operation.Conclusion:Laparoscopy is an applicable and effective in diagnosis and treating the acute abdomen of gynecology, which has feasibility to the patients with internal hemorrhage resulting from shock.
