| 摘 要： | 目的：比较太极扣覆盖义齿和磁性覆盖义齿的临床应用效果。方法：选择临床上下颌需要做覆盖义齿的患者作为研究对象，进行太极扣覆盖义齿和磁性覆盖义齿修复，比较患者的主观感觉、临床观察、固位力和咀嚼效率。结果：两种修复方法的固位力和咀嚼效率无显著性差异，90％的患者对两种义齿的美观、舒适、稳固、咀嚼功能均感到满意，但临床观察发现，两例磁性覆盖义齿基牙出现牙龈炎。结论：太极扣较磁性附着体更适于下颌令口覆盖义齿的修复. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the clinical effects of stern-gold attachment and magnetic attachment on mandible over-denture retention.Methods:Stern-gold attachment and magnetic attachment were respectively applied to patients who adapted to mandible complete over-denture.Masticatory efficiency,retention strength and clinical effects were evaluated between the two kinds of over-denture.Results:No significant difference was observed in masticatory efficiency and retention strength between the two groups(P>0.05).Over ... |
