睾丸扭转37例诊治分析

目的提高睾丸扭转的诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性总结37例睾丸扭转患者的诊治资料。结果37例睾丸扭转首诊误诊10例，行睾丸切除术14例，行睾丸固定术23例。结论睾丸扭转常造成睾丸坏死的严重后果，对于阴囊急症，应首先警惕睾丸扭转可能；彩色多普勒超声是目前睾丸扭转的首选辅助检查方法；对阴囊急症，在无法排除睾丸扭转时，应进行手术探查。

Clinical analysis of 37 cases with testicular torsion

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 37 cases with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results 10 patients were misdiagnosed on their primary visit.14 patients were performed orchiectomy,and the other 23 patients were treated by orchidopexy.
