PBL案例的设计与编写

PBL（Problem-Based Learning）是一种以学生为中心的教学模式,非常适合临床医学教育。但是目前没有适合PBL的教材,所以案例是PBL课程的核心,PBL案例的编写是实施PBL教学的关键,它需要编写教师有扎实的专业基础、广泛的知识结构和较好的写作功底。PBL案例既要符合教学大纲的要求,整合医学生所学的群体保健、人的行为伦理、生命科学三方面的知识,又要创造情境,有故事情节以激发学生的学习兴趣。案例的每一幕都有学习提示或问题,督促学生确认学习课题,有目的收集资料进行研究探讨。系统的PBL案例可以为PBL教材的形成打下基础。
