| 摘 要： | 标准化病人（SP）在教学与评估上扮演极其重要的角色,但尚缺乏规范有效的培训方式。根据临床教学实施情况,结合文献,以内科标准化病人为例,探讨其作为＂病人＂、＂评估者＂和＂教学指导者＂应采取的培训形式,以促进SP规范培训的发展与成熟。 |
