伤速康巴布剂的基质配方研究

摘    要:目的研究伤速康巴布剂基质的最优配方。方法通过正交设计实验,以配方中聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、明胶、甘油、氧化锌为因素,以用量为水平,设计L18(3^7)正交表,以粘着力、剥离强度作为考察指标。结果配方中各因素对粘着力、剥离强度的作用大小依次为聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、明胶。结论巴布剂基质的最优配方为聚丙烯酸钠:聚乙烯醇:明胶:甘油:氧化锌=1.2:0.3:0.3:2.5:0.2。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the matrix of Shang Su Kang Cataplasm. Methods Content of sodium polyaerylate, PVA, Gelatin, Glycerol and Zinc Oxide were screened with adhesion force and cohesive strength as indices by L18 ( 3^7 ) orthogonal design. Results The adhesion force and cohesive strength could he affected by the contents of sodium polyaerylate,PVA,Gelatin. Conclusion The best formula of Shang Su Kang eataplasm matrix could be sodium polyaerylate: PVA: Gelatin: Glycerol : Zinc Oxide = 1.2: 0. : 0.3 : 2. 5: 0.2.
