| 摘 要： | 目的：了解脑出血患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法：采用红细胞C3b受体花环（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３bR)试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环（ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ）试验测定患者红细胞免疫粘附功能同时进行红细胞免疫调节因子的测定。结果：与对照组相比。患者组入院时的ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３bＲ及红细胞免疫粘附促进因子（ＲＦＥＲ）明显降低，ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ及红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子明显升高，入院２周时患者组的上述指标有明显改善。结论：提示红细胞免疫粘附功能状态与脑出血的发展及恢复密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the alterations of erythrocyte immune functions in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:To determine red blood cell immune adherence function using red cell C 3b receptor rosette(RBC-C 3b R)test and red cell immune complex receptor rosette(RBC-ICR)rest respectively and red cell immune regulators(RFER and RFIF) were also determined chemically.Results:RBC-C 3b R and RFER were significantly lower,while RBC-ICR and RFIR were significantly higher than that of control group on hospitalization day.After two weeks treatment,parameters mentioned above in patients were considerably improved.Conclusions:Red blood cell immune adherence function seems to be associated with the onset,development and recovery of the illness. |
