| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法:将86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,采用生活质量量表(SF-36)对两组患者的生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组患者经综合护理干预后生活质量较对照组患者有显著改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者实施综合护理干预能够改善患者的生活质量和身心健康,提高患者治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention to life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 86 cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group,patients in control group were given conventional nursing care,on the basis patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,used quality of life scale（SF-36） to evaluate patients＇ quality of life in two groups.Results After the comprehensive nursing intervention the quality of life of patients in observation group improved better than that in control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with chronic heart failure can improve patients＇ quality of life as well as physical and mental health,and improve the patients compliance. |
