| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年无症状性脑梗死(Silent Cerebral Infarction,SCI)危险因素。方法:对62例老年SCI患者进行回顾性分析。结果:老年SCI与高血压、糖尿病、高血脂症密切相关。结论:早期发现,积极控制危险因素,对脑梗死的预防、治疗及提高老年患者的生活质量有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | To study the dangerous factor of silent cerebral infarction (SCI) in the aged.Methods:Sixty - two cases of old patients SCI were retrospectively analysed.Results:There was a relationship between the old age SCI and hypertension,diabetes, hyperlipoidemia. Conclusion:These dangerous factors must be timely found and kept under control. That is important for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction and improvement of life quality of the aged. |
