| Abstract: | Hospital trusteeship is a primary form of public hospital management system reform, which could separate the ownership and management right effectively without affecting the property rights. This paper analyzed the main models of hospital trusteeship based on the theory and practice of hospital trusteeship, and provided some recommendations for the public hospitals management system reform in China. |
